STORE POLICIES
RESERVATION OF ITEMS IN CHICAGO OR MODE AILES CAROUSELS
a. The rental price for both Carousels includes delivery charges and you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your Payment Method for the rental price. Fly à la MODE reserves the right to alter the rental price or availability of any particular item at its discretion and without notice.
b. Fly à la MODE delivers the reserved clothes in our branded garment bags along with the care products in the accessory boxes. You may not keep, sell, or transfer (other than to us) any Fly à la MODE branded garment bags and accessory boxes that we provide to you.
c. If the Fly à la MODE clothes and packaging is not returned at pick-up, you hereby authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your Payment Method for the price of repairing or replacing the clothes, garment bags, and accessory box, at our discretion, up to the original retail price for the clothes, garment bags, and accessory box.
PAYMENT PROCESSING
You are solely responsible for:
i. the fee for any service that you reserve and that is not cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy
ii. the price of any care products once the seal is broken
iii. any fees accrued by you due to damaged or lost items
CLOSETS MUST BE RESERVED A MINIMUM OF 72 HOURS IN ADVANCE
a. Fly à la MODE requests that reservations be made 72 hours prior to delivery.
b. Reservations made within 72 hours of delivery are considered late reservation and are subject to a late reservation fee.
UPDATES AFTER A RESERVATION IS MADE
You may request to update your closet anytime 72 hours prior to delivery. Clothing updates made within 72 hours of delivery are considered late reservation and are subject to a late reservation fee.
LATE RESERVATION FEE
A late reservation fee of $75 will be applied for all reservations made within 72 hours of delivery.
CANCELLATIONS
a. You can cancel your reservation for full refund 72 hours prior to your scheduled delivery.
b. If you cancel 2-3 days prior to delivery, 25% of the reservation cost will be withheld from your Payment Method.
c. Same day cancellation will be refunded 50% of the reservation cost.
d. You will be charged 100% of the cost of your reservation for no-show or failure to cancel according to the cancellation policy.
DELIVERY ON ARRIVAL AND ON DEPARTURE DAY
Arrival day
You are responsible to contact your clothing concierge at 773-645-1201 once you arrive at your destination. We will deliver your styles and the assortment of care products between 8 AM and 6 PM Monday through Sunday. If you arrive outside our delivery hours, we will deliver the next morning. If you need your styles outside the delivery window, you must notify us and we'll do our best to accommodate you. Departure day
You must return the clothes in the provided garment bags, and unsealed care products in the accessory box. The clothing concierge will send you a message from 773-645-1201 48 hours prior to delivery to notify you of the timeframe for pick up. COMMUNICATION WITH FLY A LA MODE
a. By providing your phone number and signing up for texts, you consent to receive updates and other messages from Fly à la MODE. Message & data rates may apply from your phone service provider.
b. You must provide us with accurate information so that we can deliver the garment bags and products to you in a timely fashion. If you provide us inaccurate information where you cannot receive the garment bags and products at the scheduled delivery time and location, we will cancel the order as a no-show subject to the corresponding cancellation penalties listed in our cancellation policy.
USE OF CLOTHES, GARMENT BAGS, AND ACCESSORY BOX
You agree to treat the clothes, garment bags, and accessory box with great care.
You are responsible for any loss, destruction, and damage to the clothes, garment bags, and accessory box for any reason, including but not limited to theft, loss, fire, stains, or any other cause. If you return clothes, garment bags, and accessory box damaged beyond normal wear and tear, then you hereby authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your Payment Method for the price of repairing or replacing the clothes, garment bags, and accessory box, at our discretion, up to the original retail price for the clothes, garment bags, and accessory box.

The rental coverage provided by us covers normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear means washable stains, stuck zippers, or other minor damage that is covered by the rental coverage.
CARE PRODUCTS CONSIDERED SOLD IF THEY ARE NOT RETURNED SEALED
If you do not return the care products or if the seal is broken, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your Payment Method the listed price of the product plus applicable tax.
